They formed at an early age releasing their first album Frogstomp in 1995 aged just 16 years old. It won acclaim in Australia, and even managed to chart in the top 10 of the US Billboard charts.

In 1997 they released Freakshow again going gold in the USA as well as dominating the charts back home in Australia.

Another 2 year wait until their third album Neon Ballroom. This firmly established them in the industry and was critically lauded as they experimented with their style.

The bands fourth album came out in 2002 but due to ill health, the band were never able to tour it as extensively as they might have liked. It did however still top the charts in Australia and was perhaps their most varied album to date.

It's now 2006 and the band have gathered together and are currently recording their fifth as yet untitled album to be relased late this year or early 2007.
